Add juices, whole clove and cinnamon stick to a medium sized saucepan. Bring to a light boil and boil for 4 minutes or until very fragrant.
Remove from heat and add sugar, mix until dissolved.
Pour the mixture over a strainer in to a picther. Add water and stir. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until chilled.
Serve over ice; garnish with a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
