Slice the peaches and place them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Place in freezer and freeze for at least 1 hour. You can also use a half bag of frozen peaches.
In a blender, combine white wine, peaches, and ice.
Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Serve immediately with a peach slice or a mint garnish.
