Turkey Cranberry Pesto Sandwich

Servings: 2 sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons green pesto
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 4 oz. sliced turkey
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 sandwich rolls

Instructions

  • Cut sandwich rolls in half and spread pesto on the bottom half of the roll.
  • Scatter dried cranberries on top of pesto.
  • Put a thick layer of turkey on top of the cranberries and pesto
  • Put a romaine lettuce leaf on over and top with the other half of the sandwich roll.
  • Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
