Homemade Smoked Salmon Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 cup chopped smoked salmon
  • 1/2 teaspoon seafoos seasoning - Old Bay, Jacobsen Seafood Seasoning, etc.

Instructions

  • Place cream cheese in a bowl, add heavy cream and lemon juice. Using a hand mixer or spoon mix until smooth.
  • Add the fresh chopped dill, smoked salmon and seafood seasoning. Mix until combined.
  • Spread on bagel or bruschetta and enjoy. Keep in the refideragtor in an airtight container for up to five days.
