Grapefruit Ginger Bourbon Slush

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh grapefruit juice - about 2 large grapefruits
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • 1/2 cup burbon or whiskey
  • 15-20 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and slushy.
  • Serve immediately and garnish with grapefruit slice and herb sprig

Notes

If you have a glass blender, put the blender in the freezer before making. This will keep it slushy longer.
