Pre-heat oven to 350°
Take tomatoes and cut a circle on the top and remove.
Use a spoon and hollow out the tomato.
Place hollowed tomatoes upside down on a plate to allow liquid to drain.
Cook bacon and break into bits, set aside.
Mix crab, celery, onion, 1/3 cup cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and salt together in a medium bowl.
Place tomatoes in a baking dish and stuff with crab mixture.
Bake tomatoes for 20 minutes or until a fork stuck in the middle comes out warm.
Remove tomatoes from oven and sprinkle with bacon bits and cheese.
Broil on low until cheese is melted.
