If using fresh tomatoes, blanch the tomatoes in simmering water for no more than 30 seconds. Plung in an ice bath and remove the skins and cores.
In a blender, combine tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, horseradish sauce. Blend until smooth.
Add lime juice, celery salt, and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth.
Combine all the spices for the rim salt in a bowl and mix. Run a lime over the rim of the glass and dip in the rim salt.
To serve, pour 1 shot of tequila over ice. Pour Bloody Maria mix over and stir to combine. Garnish with celery stalk, pepper, lime wedge and olives.
