Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, add the thyme, basil, and garlic salt.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Once the butter is melted, remove from heat and add the herb mixture, mix until evenly combined.
Pour the butter mixture over the popcorn while stirring until evenly coated.
Sprinkle the parmesan the popcorn a little bit at a time, stirring in between until evenly coated.
